Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow time for your order to be prepared and dispatched from our warehouse.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day after being placed. Once your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery usually takes between 1-2 business days after dispatch. If an item is low in stock, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2–3 business days.
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries, and shipping is free on orders over £30.
Returns
We understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will guide you through the process.
To ensure your return arrives safely and is eligible for a refund, we ask that all returns are sent via Royal Mail tracked service after you receive return instructions from us. This helps protect both you and us from delays or lost parcels and allows us to process your return promptly once it has been received and inspected.
Please note:
- Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
- Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, as most orders are processed and shipped shortly after.
- Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and has passed a brief quality check.
