Returns
We understand that you may occasionally need to return an item, and we aim to make the process as simple as possible.
If you wish to return a product, please ensure it is sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be in a fully resalable condition and kept in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged, unless they are faulty. Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty. If a return is declined due to damage, the cost of returning it back to you will also be charged.
Once your return has been received, we will process it promptly. To help avoid any delays, please include your full order details inside the package.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
